1. SPONSOR: The Sweepstakes is sponsored solely by Make Known ("Sponsor"). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the Sing! Conference, Getty Music, 10ofThose, Crossway, John Lennox, or Keith & Kristyn Getty.

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Make Known Daily Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to those physically present at the Sing! Conference in Nashville, TN, and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of the Sponsor, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes consists of three (3) separate Entry Periods during the Sing! Conference:

• Entry Period 1 (Sunday-Monday): Begins at 3:00pm CT on SundaySeptember 6, 2026, and ends at 12:00 PM CT on Monday September 7, 2026.

• Entry Period 2 (Monday-Tuesday): Begins at 12:00pm CT on Monday September 7, 2026, and ends at 12:00pm CT on Tuesday September 8, 2026.

• Entry Period 3 (Tuesday-Wednesday): Begins at 12:00pm CT on Tuesday September 8, 2026, and ends at 12:00pm CT on Wednesday September 9, 2026.

Entries do not roll over from Period to Period. To be eligible for a drawing, you must enter during that specific Period.

4. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, scan the official QR code at the Make Known booth (#131) during an active Entry Period and complete the newsletter sign-up form on the landing page. Limit one (1) entry per person per day. Multiple entries from the same person on a single day will be disqualified.

By entering, you agree to receive the Make Known email newsletter. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time without affecting your entry or chances of winning.

5. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV"):

• Monday Prize: One (1) $100 gift card to 10ofThose. (ARV: $100.00)

• Tuesday Prize: One (1) signed copy of John Lennox’s autobiography. (ARV: $35)

• Wednesday Prize: One (1) copy of ESV Psalms, Photography Edition, signed by Keith & Kristyn Getty. (ARV: $35)

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS: One (1) winner will be selected each for each Entry Period in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during that specific Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each respective drawing.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND CLAIMING PRIZES: Potential winners will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry within 2 hours of the closing of the respective Entry Period.

• Winners must reply to the email or visit the Make Known booth (Booth #131) to claim their prize within 4 hours of the notification timestamp, or, in the case of Wednesday, before the final close of the exhibition hall.

• If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to claim the prize within the designated timeframe, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

8. PUBLICITY RELEASE: Except where prohibited by law (including applicable limits under Tennessee state law), entry constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner’s first name, city, and state of residence for promotional and marketing purposes on the Sponsor's website and social media channels without further compensation or review.

9. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION: Personal information collected during this Sweepstakes will be used to administer the giveaway and subscribe entrants to the Make Known newsletter. Data will be handled in accordance with the Make Known Privacy Policy, available here.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating, entrants release the Sponsor, the exhibition venue, and their respective affiliates from any and all liability, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the promotion.
